The Miraval is the primus inter pares among the Provence rosés in the Saint-Tropez style. The chic exterior, the light and translucent color in the typical Provençal light coral... The scent of wild roses, grapefruit and blood orange zests flows from the glass. There are also notes of barberries, currants and peaches. On the palate, the Miraval is juicy, fresh and refined with its minerality, its clear acid structure, its creamy texture and its chalky note. Simply delicious!

Vinifikation

This cuvée of Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle and Syrah comes from the organically managed vineyards of Correns in the heart of Provence. The clay and limestone-based, partially terraced vineyards at an altitude of 350 m produce crisp, fresh grapes thanks to the cool night climate. 95% of these are fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and 5% in wood.
