Vinifikation

The production of this rosé wine begins with red grapes. After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed so that the juice only comes into contact with the skins for a short time. This gives the wine its typical, delicate pink color. The must is then cool fermented, as with white wine, to preserve the freshness and fruit aromas. The result is a light, fruity wine - perfect for any occasion.
