Vinifikation

The Krug 'Rosé 28ème Édition' is a champagne based on 62% of the 2016 vintage. Added to this are 38% reserve wines. The art of Chef de Cave Julie Cavil and the entire team is to find the perfect composition and the virtuoso balance between substance and finesse from a selection of 32 wines from six different vintages. This cuvée consists of 58% Pinot Noir, of which 10% is traditionally macerated Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 17% Meunier.
