Vinifikation

Grapes: Hand-picked, carefully selected, only ripe and healthy clusters used. Fermentation: Short cold maceration, temperature-controlled fermentation (22–26 °C), gentle extraction. Reductive Method: Aged in stainless steel tanks, protected from oxygen (inert gas), cool storage to preserve aromatics. Style: Fruity, fresh, spicy, low in tannins – a light and elegant expression of Kadarka.
